Although the Elise Trophy is run by a team of volunteers, we are looking for a number of series sponsors to help cover the running costs of what has become the UK’s premier club race series. With the best race calendar, packed grids and a huge fan base there really is no better series to be involved with.

Series sponsorship 2010

We have a number of sponsorship slots available to companies who wish to support the series and its drivers. We can tailor a package around specific requirements but will be looking at what benefit each sponsor can also add to the series as the best interests of the drivers are our priority.

Elise Trophy Series Sponsorship Package – £3,000 + VAT

Due to the success of having series sponsors in 2007, 2008 and 2009 where all available slots sold out we’ve decided to continue with the same format for 2010. The price for series sponsorship will remain at £3,000 + VAT with a maximum of just 10 slots available.

Series sponsorship includes:-

  • Logo included on each side of ALL cars entered for the 2010 Elise Trophy. Each sponsor is allocated a 24.5cm x 4cm slot on sill panels. In addition logo to be included on series support vehicles.
  • Sponsors logo included on all pages of Elise Trophy website with hyperlink.
  • Minimum of Four entry tickets to all Elise Trophy rounds.
  • Sponsors logo printed on 10,000 Elise Trophy 2010 calendar postcards to be distributed at all rounds, shows such as Autosport and from numerous outlets including dealerships.
  • Sponsors logo and website hyperlink to be included on all Elise Trophy email newsletters.
  • Opportunity to place leaflet dispenser in Elise Trophy marquee at 2010.
  • License to use Lotus on Track Elise Trophy logo on sponsors’ advertising material.
  • Inclusion on 2010 Elise Trophy wall calendar.
  • £500 discount on annual advertising contract with Lotus Central
  • Link provided on new 2010 car preparation section of website.
  • Free banner on Lotus on Track forums and Partner page.
  • Opportunity to promote services to LoTRDC drivers via our newsletters or via discount thread we will hold in drivers forum.

Elise Trophy Individual round sponsorship – £1,000

Would you like to sponsor your local round? With a fixed price of just £1,000, why not promote your company in your local area? Display area, programme advert and tickets are all included in 2010.

Facts and figures

  • First sports car series to fill 2 full grids at Brands Hatch on opening round.
  • Largest number of starters of any sports car series in its inaugural season.
  • First UK series to be featured alongside BBC1’s Formula 1 coverage.
  • Elise Trophy cars have been seen by more members of the public than any other national race series over the last 3 years. This includes TV, shows, hundreds of events and even participating in the World’s largest parade!
  • World Land Speed Record holder Wing Commander Andy Green OBE, BBC1 Formula 1 anchor Jake Humphrey, ex-Lotus Formula 1 driver Martin Donnelly and Ex-250CC Motorcycle World Champion and MotoGP runner up Marco Melandri have all competed. Andy and Jake both made their race debuts in the Elise Trophy.
  • Over 100 registered cars & drivers for the 2010 season.
  • Lotus community supported the series in their thousands during the opening 3 years with an average of over 1,000 Lotus enthusiasts attending each round.
  • Huge press coverage in motorsport publications such as Autosport and Motorsport News. Coverage every month in general car press plus massive coverage in Lotus related publications.
  • TV coverage: Own 30 minute show on Motors TV in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and although negotiations are ongoing for 2010, we do expect to cover a number of rounds. Motors TV broadcasts the Elise Trophy to 15 million households across 52 countries.
  • Lotus on Track is the largest track day club in Europe with over 2,500 members attending over 80 events each year.
  • Over 10,000 postcards distributed each year containing series calendar and all sponsor logo’s. 2,000 wall calendars sold. Over a 3,000 people have Elise Trophy regalia from Caps to Fleeces.

We are delighted that Yokohama have agreed to continue their support for the series and will again be the official tyre sponsor in 2010.

In addition Motul, Sinclaire Motorsport, Reverie, Torque Developments International, elise-shop.com, Perrys and Nitron have already confirmed their support for 2010.
